The story of our quality system is personified by Dan – reflecting that our system is quality because it’s made of quality people. The ad ran in three segments. The first two, Dan’s Shoes and Dan’s Lunch, had no copy – no written words to tie the ads to ORX. The payoff (reveal) ad showed Dan and explained who “Dan” was and how our employees truly build our quality system. And by the way, the shoes and lunch really did belong to Dan.
